Payment
To pay for a product you should choose one of the below forms:
1. cash against delivery - payment made to the courier upon delivery of shipment,
2. bank transfer, Internet transfer,
3. personal receipt of shipment – payment upon product receipt.

Guarantee
A customer receives the shop’s or producer’s guarantee for a purchased product.

Product return
A customer is entitled to withdraw from an agreement in the event they have purchased a sub-standard or faulty product – only on the basis of the original, valid proof of purchase. A customer returns the product at their own expense and reimburses the transport costs incurred by the shop.

The shop does not accept the return of consumable materials or used equipment.

Product return needs to be accepted by the shop. A buyer returns a complete product in factory packaging on their own and at their own expense.

Description of products, photographs, prices, mistakes
1. The shop may refuse to sell a product, if the product description or price contain errors.
2. The shop reserves the right to change the prices of products in stock without prior notice. Should the prices of the already ordered products change, the customer will be notified immediately. In case the new prices are not accepted, the order will be cancelled.
3. Photographs of products are not an element of technical description and may not provide a basis for complaints due to non-conformity of technical parameters.
4. We spare no effort to make sure the technical descriptions reflect the reality, but e.g. due to parameter changes made by the producer, discrepancies may appear for which the shop shall not be responsible. To check the technical parameters, visit the producer’s websites or contact the shop for information.

Personal data
Placing an order means that a buyer grants consent to the processing of his/her personal data by the seller.
